Doesn't give notifications when updates on maintenance requests are submitted. The technician was scheduled and I have notifications on but nothing was sent to me. I just happened to check a couple hours before he was supposed to show up and saw that an appointment was scheduled for my apartment. This should be a feature that you would make sure that works!

Super easy to use although for reason, despite being an option, card payments won't go through. I tried 2 separate cards just to verify it had nothing to do with the card, but no luck. One of the cards is linked to the checking I used successfully. Anyhow, I like all of the detailed options such as communication, maintenance requests, payment history, etc... I'd definitely recommend!

I have never written a review before, but needed to give this a one star. I have had this app a total of 2 days, I tried to pay a deposit fee with a savings account, my bad. the app showed I paid it with no means of trying to fix. I decided to try auto payment with my checking instead, and it charged my account TWICE! And guess what? Neither was reflected in my bank account. I just want to pay rent, but that's apparently too hard to manage for a payment app. Don't give me the info email, call
